Nambu Tekki cast iron has been originally established in Morioka and Mizusawa region. Very traditional Japanese metal work famous for superior heat distribution and retention with high durability.
This skillet pan is good for pancakes, roasting spices, sausages etc. Also safe to be used in a oven.
Hand wash the pan with hot water then dry completely. Soap or harsh detergents are better avoided. Apply small amount of cooking oil on the cooking surface.
Hand dry and apply a small amount of vegetable oil inside and outside to season the pan.
